   Watch the eagles soar...hear the loons call...at Jefferson's Landing Resort.  Our resort is located on 355' of prime frontage on South Twin Lake.
   Our 2 & 3 bedroom cabins are impeccably clean.  Finished in pine paneling, they also have modern kitchens and comfortable bedrooms.
   Relax in front the fireplace while you enjoy a spectacular view of the lake from the beautifully appointed dining/living rooms or deck.  TV/VCR/DVD with Satellite and Weber grill are included.  Pets are allowed with prior approval.  Our sandy beach offers excellent swimming for the whole family and docking for your boat.  Swim raft, separate fish cleaning facilities and an outdoor fire pit are provided.
     South and North Twin offer the best Musky, Walleye, Bass and Pan fishing.  The two are great lakes for water skiing and other water sports.  Enjoy the beauty of Autumn.  Our hardwood forests produce outstanding Fall Colors for your outdoor enjoyment.  Whitetail Deer and Ruffled Grouse abound on our public hunting lands.
    The resort was built in the 1950'sby the late Dan and Frieda Jefferson and is continuously updated for today's needs.  The Jefferson's daughters, Lorrayne Maki and Marilyn Hilliard are your hosts during the operating months of May through October.
   Please take the time to check the cabins on our web site.  As beautiful as they look on your screen it doesn't compare to seeing them in person.  Trophy fishing, breath taking sunrise and sunsets and relaxing ambiance are all awaiting you on South Twin Lake at either the Maki or Hilliard Cabins.

 Hilliard Cabin
 The cabin provides sleeping for 6 people, including 3 bedrooms with one queen and 4 twin beds, plus a sofa bed. Two large bay windows in the living and dining offer a spectacular view of the lakefront. The big fireplace in the cozy living area will help take the chill off cool nights and mornings. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, stove, fridge and dishwasher. A TV and VCR/DVD are also provided to keep you entertained in those few moments you aren’t enjoying the outdoors.

Maki Cabin
 The cabin sleeps 5, having two large bedrooms, with 4 twin beds, plus a sofa bed. The combined dining/living area provides a breathtaking view of the lake through a large picture window. There is rustic fireplace to enjoy on cool mornings or evenings. The kitchen comes complete with cookware, utensils and appliances.

  • To confirm your reservation an advance deposit is required - $250 for a weekly rental or $150 for a daily rental.
  • Check-in time is 2pm, check-out time is 9am
  • Weekly rentals begin and end on Saturday
  • Fishing Guide services are available in the immediate Conover area.
  • There are public boat landings on both North and South Twin Lakes.
  • All prices are subject to State and Local Taxes
